Privacy & analytics choices

Optional analytics is off until you select “Allow analytics.” Declining does not prevent shopping or checkout. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the page. We also keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google receives browser and device information, your network IP address as part of the connection, a browser identifier, general page types, and shopping events such as viewing a product, adding it to your bag, and starting checkout. When server purchase reporting is enabled, consented visits can be associated with a purchase after payment is captured, using a pseudonymous transaction identifier and merchandise, shipping, and tax amounts. Completed refunds can adjust that reported purchase while the original analytics consent remains valid. Product identifiers, quantities, currency, and displayed prices may be included. Google may derive approximate location from the connection.

Our analytics events exclude customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses, payment details, search text, URL query parameters, and order/account URLs. Page locations use general public page types. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization, or user-provided-data collection in this integration.

Browser storage and your choice

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. After you allow analytics, Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 30 days without extending their expiry on subsequent visits. Declining removes this site's Google Analytics cookies and prevents further analytics collection by this integration. A separate first-party, HttpOnly control cookie remembers your server analytics choice for up to 180 days. The server stores a hashed control token, consent version and expiry, and browser/session identifiers. Withdrawing consent revokes pending purchase reporting across orders linked to that browser consent; granting consent again does not reactivate older revoked orders. If the server cannot confirm a change, the privacy panel tells you to retry. Essential shopping and account storage operate separately.

Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not remove information already received by Google. Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. Learn more about Google's use of information from sites that use its services.

Order information and questions

Shopping, payment processing, order support, and fulfillment require information you provide during those activities. Optional analytics is separate from those services. For privacy questions, contact support@featherearrings.com.
